Rental Rates
The rates quoted are per week. Prices shown are for a Friday changeover. For Wednesday and Thursday changeovers the price for the following Friday applies. For Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday changeovers the price for the previous Friday applies.
Short Breaks
There are discounts for rents of less than 1 week, the minumum rental is for 3 nights. If you decide to only stay 2 nights the price will be based on a 3 night stay.
For a 3 night stay there is a 30% discount off the weekly rate
For a 4 night stay there is a 25% discount off the weekly rate
For a 5 night stay there is a 20% discount off the weekly rate
For a 6 night stay there is a 10% discount off the weekly rate
We do not charge any administration fee.
A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure your booking and the remaining balance to be paid within 8 weeks of your holiday. If you do need to cancel we will do our best to obtain another rental and if we manage this we will be happy to refund the full payment.
Payment is best made through online bank transfer. We will always confirm your booking via email.
The rates include the cleaning and laundry costs although we request that you bring your own beach towels.
We supply an initial basket of logs and kindling for the wood-burner with the option of you purchasing more from us if needed.
Rental rates are for the entire property.
